At Soroya, our mission is to make hearing care accessible to everyone. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your RC07 OTC Hearing Aids, we offer a 45-Day Trial Period to ensure you find the perfect hearing solution.
1. 45-Day Return Window
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns requested after the 45-day period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The hearing aids must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn (beyond the trial period), undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Complete Accessories: All included accessories (charging case, charging cable, cleaning tools, manuals, and any free gifts) must be returned together.
- Hygiene Policy (Important): For health and safety reasons, used ear domes, ear tips, and wax guards are non-refundable unless they are defective upon arrival. If you are returning the device, please remove and discard the used ear tips, or we will deduct a small fee for the replacement hygiene parts.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@soroyahearingaid.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Get Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Securely pack the device and all accessories in the original box. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address below.

Note: For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some additional time for the refund to officially post to your account.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective item or if you need to exchange it for a different reason, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, water immersion, or unauthorized modifications.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items returned without an RMA number.
7. Important Medical Disclaimer
The Soroya RC07 is an Over-the-Counter (OTC) hearing aid intended for individuals 18 years or older with mild to moderate hearing loss. It is not a medical device intended for children or those with severe hearing loss. If you experience ear pain, dizziness, or sudden hearing changes, please stop using the device immediately and consult a physician.
