What is your return policy?


Customers have 30 days to try any device and return it. 

If you would like to exchange or return your Soroya device, please call our customer support team and one of our awesome representatives will be happy help you.

Why do I have to keep my hearing aids for 21 days to get a RMA when I know they do not work? 

Your body needs to get use to the hearing aids and this can take a few weeks. Wearing a hearing aid is a new feeling for your ears. Also your hearing perception starts to change and get more stimuli. Your brain will need to re-learn how to filter all the background noises that you had learned to ignore in the past. So for the first few weeks you may find it a bit hard, but eventually you will get so used to the hearing aids, that you would not even notice them.

I want to return my product, why do I have to send it with a RMA number?

If after having tried your new Soroya hearing aids, you decide to exchange or return them, please, contact our customer service team to follow the return process. One of our agents will create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to quickly identify your return, and provide the instructions you'll need to receive your exchanged device, or refund.

Returning any product without an RMA number WILL INCUR a 20% NO-RMA FEE.
