HA-Link App
User Guide & Instructions. Please refer to this guide before use to ensure proper connection and functionality.
1. Connection
Enable Bluetooth and Permissions
- Open your phone's system settings, find the Bluetooth option, and toggle it on.
- Open the installed HA-Link application. When you tap "Add Device" for the first time, Android users will receive a permission request to find and connect to nearby devices, while iOS users will see a pop-up asking whether to allow "HA-Link" to search for Bluetooth devices. Be sure to grant this permission.
Connect the Device & Troubleshooting
After enabling Bluetooth and granting permissions, the app will automatically enter the Search for Nearby Devices mode. Once a compatible device is detected, the app will connect to it automatically.
Troubleshooting Connection Failures: If issues such as "Device not found", "Connection failed" or "Pairing timeout" occur: 1. Check if the device is powered on and in pairing mode. 2. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it back on, or restart the HA-Link App. 3. If there are many Bluetooth devices nearby, temporarily disable Bluetooth on other devices to reduce interference. 4. Check if your phone's OS and the HA-Link App are up to date.
2. Device & Sound Customization
Device Information & Mode Adjustment
Tap the device information area to view the detailed information of the currently connected device. When the app is connected to only one device, you can tap the "Search Again" button to reconnect.
This application features 3 preset scene modes to adapt to different usage environments: Quiet, Noise, and Outdoor. Tap the icon corresponding to your desired mode to switch between them. After a successful switch, the icon will be highlighted, and the device will emit a prompt tone.
Fine Tuning & Sound Profiles
The app supports independent adjustment of the bass, mid, and treble for the left/right ear. Adjustments take effect in real time, allowing you to tweak and listen simultaneously.
- Bass: A higher value results in richer low-frequency sound (ideal for music/videos); a lower value produces lighter low-frequency sound (suitable for phone calls and audiobooks).
- Middle: The core frequency band for human voices. A higher value makes vocals more prominent and clear (perfect for conversations).
- Treble: A higher value delivers richer high-frequency details (e.g., bird chirps). It is recommended to adjust moderately according to your hearing (3–5 is suggested for sensitive hearing).
3. Volume & System Controls
Volume Control
Synchronized Volume: Slide the slider to increase or decrease the volume of the left/right devices simultaneously.
Independent Volume: Tap the buttons to adjust the volume of the left/right devices separately.
Other Features & Settings
On the adjustment page, tap "Other" to switch to the "Other" page. Here, you can turn on or off the device's Noise Reduction / Whistle Suppression functions.
- Noise Reduction: Open noise reduction to get a better hearing experience in noisy environments.
- Whistle Suppression: Open whistle suppression to decrease the probability of whistling.

5. Important Safety Information
1. Please ensure that the HA-Link APP is always kept up to date to obtain the latest security optimizations and feature upgrades. The use of unofficially certified APP versions or third-party cracked programs is strictly prohibited, as such actions may violate relevant regulations and pose risks to usage safety and functional stability.
2. The APP provides sound adjustment functions (including bass, middle, and treble adjustment), mode switching, and noise reduction/whistling suppression. These functions are only used to assist in optimizing the listening experience and cannot replace professional hearing-related intervention services. If issues such as unclear hearing or auditory fatigue still occur after adjustment, it is recommended to consult a professional. Do not alleviate the problem by excessively increasing the volume or boosting high-frequency bands, as this may cause secondary hearing damage.
3. The HA-Link APP serves only as an auxiliary tool for the supporting device, used to realize device connection, parameter adjustment, and function control. It does not have functions related to medical diagnosis or treatment. If discomfort such as ear pain, dizziness, or sudden hearing changes occurs during the use of the supporting device, stop using it immediately and seek medical examination in a timely manner.
